Skerryvore AM LLP (“Skerryvore”) is a limited liability partnership formed in England and Wales (Company number: OC429371).

Effective 1 August 2024, following regulatory approval, from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, BennBridge Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary of Skerryvore.

Skerryvore Asset Management, the new trading name of BennBridge Ltd, is an investment manager authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK (FRN: 769109) and is registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The Group’s registered address is Windsor House, 5 Station Court, Station Road, Great Shelford, Cambridge, United Kingdom, CB22 5NE.
