Effective 1 August 2024, following regulatory approval, from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, BennBridge Ltd (“BennBridge”) became a wholly owned subsidiary of Skerryvore AM LLP (“Skerryvore”). On 26th February 2025, BennBridge Ltd was renamed Skerryvore Asset Management Ltd (“Skerryvore Asset Management”).
Skerryvore Asset Management is an investment manager authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK and is registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
