We take every complaint seriously and your complaint will be handled in accordance with the relevant Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) rules and the Firm’s Complaints Policy. The handling of complaints may differ depending upon your status; however, it is the Firm’s policy to aim to resolve every complaint fairly and in a timely manner.

You can obtain a copy of the Firm’s Complaints Policy by contacting the Chief Compliance Officer and in the event that you should have a complaint about the investment services which the Firm provides to you, a copy of the Complaints Policy will be sent to you.

Financial Ombudsman Service

If, as an eligible complainant1, you are dissatisfied with the Firm’s response to your complaint or the Firm fails to resolve your complaint within eight weeks of receipt, you may be entitled to refer your complaint directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service, the contact details of which are as follows:
